HLDS' 3D LiDAR captures customer behavior with high accuracy and reliability even if people cross or pass each other in real-time. Our 3D Time-of-Flight (ToF) sensor provides comprehensive, integrated full customer journey measurement that combines detailed in-store behavior, dwell time, and heatmaps.

The 3D LiDAR provides a visual representation of customer behavior and helps in optimizing line management and labor allocation. It delivers precise data on both the number of customers and the time they spend at each stage of their shopping experience. This behavior information can be effectively managed using our HL-DP (Data Platform).

Our 3D LiDAR measures every aspect of performance such as traffic, flow, dwell time, and even product interactions. HL-DP™, a cloud-based data platform analyzes and visualizes the collected data.

Do you provide SDK or sample applications?

What is the coverage area of the 3D LiDAR?
Coverage varies depending on the height of the installation, the TOF
angle, and the drawing of the area to be installed. After analyzing the drawings of the area to be installed with our simulator, we will inform you of the installation area and the number of units required.
What other hardware do I need to use this product?
Using single Tof: *POE+ Injector / Using multi Tof: POE+ switch (The 3D LiDAR (Tof) transmits power (15W/per unit) and data via the POE.)

How high is the human tracking accuracy?
It varies greatly depending on the number of devices installed and the number of people moving in that space. So, consistent data speculation or numerical answers are difficult.
What is the difference between analytic movies by CCTV and 3D LiDAR?
Privacy aspect: CCTV is in video format, making it difficult to protect privacy. But 3D LiDAR can protect privacy using depth data only.
Illumination aspect: Unlike CCTV, 3D LiDAR supports 10,000 lx under. (It is distinguishable even in the dark.)
What is the difference between HLS-LFOM5 and HLS-LFOM5A?
HLDS-LFOM5A can increase sensing distance (from 10m to 13m)
What format do the data come in, and how large are the datasets?
The data format of the SDK is defined in the SDK manual. Although the data format of HL-DP is defined, it is difficult to disclose until the NDA agreement.
